The role of the Computer Systems Support Technician spans many functions. From installing and maintaining hardware and software, to troubleshooting systems that have been affected by malware, the systems support technician will always be busy. The Computer Systems Support Technician (CSST) training program at our three New Jersey campuses is designed to prepare the student to enter the IT industry as a skilled entry-level network support technician.
